2 Pita Breads, Toasted and Broken into Pieces
250 g. Cooked Chickpeas
500 g. Plain Yogurt
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp. Tahini
½ tsp. Salt
30 ml. Olive Oil
50 g. Pine Nuts, Toasted for Garnish

Spread the toasted pita pieces at the bottom of a serving dish.

Spread the cooked chickpeas on top of the pita pieces.

In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garlic, tahini, and salt until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chickpeas and pita.

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts before serving.
