East Asian, Main Course Lactose Free, Beef Sirloin Roast

600 g. Thinly Sliced Beef Sirloin
75 ml. Soy Sauce
25 g. Sugar
15 ml. Honey
30 ml. Sesame Oil
10 g. Black Pepper
40 g. Garlic
100 g. Onion
30 g. Green Onions
15 g. Toasted Sesame Seeds

Prepare the marinade by combining soy sauce, sugar, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, minced garlic, sliced onion, and sliced green onions.

Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight.

Grill the marinated beef on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and more chopped green onions. Serve with rice.
