200 g. Dangmyeon (Korean Sweet Potato Noodles)
100 g. Spinach
1 Carrot
1 Onion
100 g. Shiitake Mushrooms
100 g. Beef, Thinly Sliced
30 ml. Soy Sauce
20 g. Sugar
20 ml. Sesame Oil
10 g. Garlic
20 g. Green Onions
10 g. Toasted Sesame Seeds

Cook the sweet potato noodles according to package instructions, then rinse under cold water and drain.

Saute the spinach, julienned carrot, sliced onion, and mushrooms in a pan with a little bit of oil and a pinch of salt, then set aside.

Marinate the beef in a mixture of 15 ml of soy sauce, 10 grams of sugar, 10 ml of sesame oil, and minced garlic for about 30 minutes.

In a pan, cook the marinated beef until it is no longer pink.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, vegetables, beef, and the rest of the soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Stir until well combined.

Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
