50 Dumpling Wrappers
200 g. Ground Pork
200 g. Ground Beef
100 g. Tofu
100 g. Kimchi
50 g. Green Onions
50 g. Garlic
15 ml. Soy Sauce
10 g. Sugar
5 g. Salt
2 g. Black Pepper
1 Egg
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then crumble it into a large bowl.
Finely chop the kimchi, green onions, and garlic. Add them to the bowl with the tofu.
Add the ground pork, ground beef, soy sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and egg. Mix until well combined.
Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and seal tightly.
Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Cook the dumplings in a steamer for 15 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through. They can also be boiled in water or pan-fried. Serve hot.
