South Asian, Side Dish Vegan Gluten Free Lactose Free Nut Free, Coconut (Freshly Grated)

Ingredients

Method

200 g. Freshly Grated Coconut
2½ Medium-sized Red Onions, Finely Chopped
2 Medium-sized Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
2½ g. Crushed Dried Red Chilies
1 g. Salt
15 ml. Lime Juice

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Use your hands to mix and squeeze the ingredients together until everything is well combined.

Adjust the seasoning to taste. Add more salt or lime juice if needed.

Serve as a condiment with rice or bread.
