Momo (Nepal)

200 g. All-purpose Flour
100 ml. Water
300 g. Ground Chicken
50 g. Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
5 g. Ground Coriander
2 g. Salt
2 g. Pepper
30 ml. Vegetable Oil
Prepare the dough by mixing the flour and water. Knead until smooth and elastic, then let it rest for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground coriander, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Roll the dough into small circles (about 10 cm in diameter).
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges, creating a pleated look.
Heat the vegetable oil in a steamer over medium heat.
Place the momos in the steamer, making sure they don't touch each other.
Steam for about 10 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through and the dough is tender.
Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
