400 g. Chicken, Cut into Pieces
100 g. Onion, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
2 Green Chilies, Chopped
2 g. Ginger, Minced
2 g. Garlic, Minced
30 ml. Vegetable Oil
2 g. Ground Turmeric
2 g. Ground Cumin
2 g. Salt
2 g. Pepper
Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, and cumin to the pot, and mix well.
Cover the pot and simmer for about 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with red rice.
