South Asian, Main Course Vegetarian Gluten Free Nut Free, Chilli (Green Sliced Finely)

Method

200 g. Green Chilies, Sliced
100 g. Feta Cheese, Crumbled
200 ml. Water
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
2 g. Salt

Add the water, green chilies, onion, tomatoes, and salt into a pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover the pot and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Once the chilies are soft, add the crumbled feta cheese to the pot.

Stir to mix the cheese with the other ingredients, then cover and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Serve hot with Bhutanese red rice. Be aware, this is a very spicy dish!
