400 g. Jasmine Rice
500 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Pandan Leaf
5 g. Salt
5 g. Ginger, Sliced
4 Hard-boiled Eggs
200 g. Ikan Bilis (Dried Anchovies)
100 g. Peanuts
1 Cucumber, Sliced
Sambal Sauce (For Serving)
Wash the rice and drain. Add the rice, coconut milk, pandan leaf, salt, and ginger to a pot. Stir well and let it soak for 30 minutes.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions, then let it cool.
Fry the ikan bilis and peanuts until they are crispy.
To serve, plate the rice with hard-boiled eggs, crispy ikan bilis, peanuts, cucumber slices, and sambal sauce.
