Method
1 kg. Cassava Paste
8 Banana Leaves
Divide the cassava paste into 8 equal parts.
Place each portion on a banana leaf and shape it into a small loaf.
Wrap the banana leaf around the cassava loaf and secure with kitchen twine.
Boil the loaves in a large pot of water for about 3 hours.
Let the kwanga cool before serving.
