Grilled Tilapia

4 Tilapia Fish, Whole and Cleaned
2 Lemons, Juiced
2 Garlic, Minced
1 tbsp. Paprika
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Rinse the fish and pat dry. Make diagonal slashes on each side of the fish.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the fish, making sure to get into the slashes and inside the fish.

Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Preheat a grill to medium heat.

Place the fish on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and the skin is crispy.

Serve hot with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
