Bunny Chow

1 Large Loaf of White Bread
500 g. Diced Mutton Or Beef (Chuck Or Shank)
2 Onions, Chopped
2 Garlic, Minced
20 g. Curry Powder
5 g. Turmeric
400 g. Canned Tomatoes
250 ml. Beef Stock
Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large pot, cook the onions and garlic until they're soft and starting to brown.

Add the curry powder and turmeric, stir well, and cook for another minute.

Add the diced meat to the pot and brown it.

Once the meat is browned, add the canned tomatoes and beef stock.

Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 2 hours until the meat is tender.

Cut the loaf of bread in half and hollow out the insides.

Fill the hollowed-out bread with the curry, serve hot.
