Morogo

Method

500 g. Morogo Or Spinach, Washed and Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
30 ml. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the onions and cook until they are soft.

Add the tomatoes and cook until they are soft and have released their juice.

Add the chopped morogo or spinach and cook until the leaves are wilted.

Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
