North African, Side Dish Vegan Lactose Free Nut Free, Couscous

Couscous

Ingredients

Method

500 g. Couscous
600 ml. Water
Pinch of Salt
2 tbsp. Olive Oil

In a large bowl, add the couscous, salt and olive oil. Mix well to coat the grains.

Pour the boiling water over the couscous and cover the bowl with a dish towel. Let it stand for about 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed.

Fluff the couscous with a fork before serving.
