150 g. Rice
100 g. Lentils
150 g. Small Macaroni
100 g. Chickpeas, Soaked Overnight
2 Onions, Thinly Sliced
500 g. Canned Tomatoes
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Cook the rice, lentils, macaroni, and chickpeas separately according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a large pan, heat the oil and add the onions. Cook until crispy and caramelized. Remove half of the onions and set aside for garnish.

In the same pan, add the garlic, cumin, cayenne, and tomatoes. Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Layer the rice, lentils, macaroni, and chickpeas in a serving dish. Top with the tomato sauce and garnish with the crispy onions.
