Chermoula

2 Large Garlic Cloves
1 Fresh Cilantro
1 Fresh Parsley
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Ground Coriander
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Lemon, Juiced
100 ml. Olive Oil
Salt to Taste

In a food processor, combine garlic, cilantro, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and salt.

Process until it forms a paste. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Use the Chermoula as a marinade for fish, seafood, meats or vegetables. Allow the food to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cooking.

Cook your chosen food as desired, such as grilling, roasting, or frying.

You can also use Chermoula as a dipping sauce or a spread on bread.
