3 tbsp. Coriander Seeds
2 tsp. Caraway Seeds
1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Salt to Taste

In a dry pan, toast the coriander and caraway seeds over medium heat until they become aromatic.

Grind the toasted seeds in a spice grinder or with a mortar and pestle until they form a fine powder.

Combine the ground seeds with the garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Store the Tabil in an airtight container and use as a spice rub for meats, a seasoning for stews and soups, or an addition to salad dressings.
