Tunisian Fricassee

Method

500 g. Bread Dough
1 Can Tuna (Drained)
4 Boiled Eggs, Sliced
100 g. Olives, Sliced
2 tbsp. Harissa
Vegetable Oil for Frying
Salt to Taste

Divide the bread dough into small balls and roll out into a circular shape.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the bread until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.

Open the fried bread and fill with tuna, sliced boiled eggs, olives, and a spoonful of harissa. Season with salt to taste.

Serve the Tunisian Fricassee immediately while it's still warm.
