4 Tomatoes, Diced
1 Onion, Thinly Sliced
1 Chili Pepper, Finely Chopped (Optional)
¼ cup Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
Salt to Taste

Combine the tomatoes, onion, chili pepper (if using), and cilantro in a large bowl.

Drizzle the lemon juice over the salad and season with salt to taste.

Toss the salad gently to combine.

Let the salad sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together before serving.
