1 kg. Beef (Preferably Sirloin Or Rib-eye), Cut into Thin Slices
100 g. Suya Spice (Peanut Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Paprika, Ginger, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt)
50 ml. Vegetable Oil
2 g. Salt
Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent them from burning during grilling.
Thread the thinly sliced beef onto the skewers, making sure the pieces lie flat.
Mix the Suya spice with oil and salt, then rub this mix all over the meat on the skewers. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Grill the skewers on medium heat, turning occasionally, until the meat is well cooked.
Serve the Suya hot with extra Suya spice on the side.
