Method

4 Ripe Plantains
500 ml. Palm Oil
2 g. Salt
2 Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Chopped (Optional)

Peel the plantains and cut them into slices.

Heat the palm oil in a frying pan and add the plantains.

Fry the plantains until they're golden brown, then remove them from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Sprinkle with salt and chopped Scotch bonnet peppers if using.

Serve the Alloco as a snack or a side dish.
