Method
4 Ripe Plantains
2 g. Cayenne Pepper
2 g. Ginger Powder
2 g. Salt
500 ml. Palm Oil Or Vegetable Oil
Peel the plantains and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the plantains with the cayenne pepper, ginger powder, and salt, then let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the plantains.
Fry the plantains until they're golden brown, then remove them from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
Serve the Kelewele hot, as a side dish or a snack.
