Pepper Soup

500 g. Goat Meat, Cut into Pieces (You Can Also Use Chicken Or Fish)
2 Large Onions, Chopped
3 Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Chopped
2 g. Ground Ehu Seeds (Calabash Nutmeg)
1 g. Allspice
2 g. Uziza Seeds
2 g. Salt
1 l. Water

Put the meat in a large pot, add the onions, peppers, Ehu seeds, allspice, uziza seeds, and salt, then cover with water.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.

Serve the Pepper Soup hot, as a main course.
