4 Barramundi Fillets, About 200 Grams Each
30 ml. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Lemon Zested and Juiced

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Season the Barramundi fillets with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.

Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof pan over medium-high heat.

Add the fillets skin-side down and cook for about 3 minutes.

Flip the fillets over, add the lemon juice, and then transfer the pan to the oven.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
