Method

4 Kangaroo Steaks, About 200 Grams Each
30 ml. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Season the kangaroo steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a pan over high heat.

Add the steaks and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired level of doneness.

Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
