4 Moreton Bay Bugs, Halved Lengthwise
30 ml. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Lemon Juiced
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Drizzle the Moreton Bay Bugs with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Place the bugs cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4 minutes.
Flip the bugs over, drizzle with lemon juice, and cook for another 4 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and cooked through.
