10 Chicken Thighs
10 Pork Chops
10 Potatoes, Peeled and Halved
10 Kumara (Sweet Potatoes), Peeled and Halved
1 Large Cabbage, Cut into Wedges
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Season the chicken and pork with salt and pepper.

Arrange the meat and vegetables in a large roasting tray.

Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil and cook in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
