Mince and Cheese Pie (New Zealand)

500 g. Ground Beef
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
200 g. Cheddar Cheese, Grated
2 Puff Pastry
1 Egg, Beaten
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Cook the ground beef and onion in a frying pan until browned. Add the Worcestershire sauce and stir until combined.
Cut the puff pastry into circles and line individual pie tins with it.
Fill the pastry with the meat mixture and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Cover with another circle of pastry.
Seal the edges of the pastry with a fork and then brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and puffed up.
