Kumara Chips (New Zealand)

Method

2 Kumara (Sweet Potatoes)
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
200 g. Sour Cream

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the kumara into thin slices or wedges and toss with olive oil and salt.

Arrange the kumara on a baking tray in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

Serve the kumara chips with sour cream on the side for dipping.
