Lolly Cake (New Zealand)

120 g Butter, Melted
200 g Malt Biscuits, Crushed
180 g Fruit Puffs Or Eskimo Lollies, Chopped
200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
50 g Desiccated Coconut

In a bowl, combine the melted butter, crushed malt biscuits, chopped lollies, and condensed milk.

Shape the mixture into a log and roll in the desiccated coconut to coat.

Wrap the log in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight until firm.

Slice the log into rounds to serve.
