Paua Fritters (New Zealand)

3 Paua, Minced
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Egg, Beaten
100 g. Flour
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 tbsp. Oil, for Frying

In a bowl, mix the minced Paua, chopped onion, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Spoonfuls of the Paua mixture into the pan and flatten with a spatula.

Cook until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side. Serve hot.
