200 g. Butter, Softened
75 g. Sugar
125 g. Flour
25 g. Cocoa Powder
50 g. Cornflakes
100 g. Dark Chocolate
50 g. Heavy Cream

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Beat the butter and sugar until creamy, then sift in the flour and cocoa powder and stir until combined.

Fold in the cornflakes.

Spoon the mixture onto a lined baking tray and press down slightly on each biscuit.

Bake for 15 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.

Melt the dark chocolate and stir in the heavy cream, then spread this ganache on top of each cooled biscuit.
