1 kg. Pork Shoulder, Cut into Pieces
1 kg. Chicken, Cut into Pieces
1 kg. Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and Cut into Chunks
500 g. Taro, Peeled and Cut into Chunks
500 g. Yams, Peeled and Cut into Chunks
2 Bunches Of Spinach Or Other Greens, Washed and Chopped
Banana Leaves, for Wrapping

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Wrap the pork, chicken, sweet potatoes, taro, yams, and spinach separately in banana leaves.

Arrange the wrapped food in a large roasting tray.

Cover the tray tightly with aluminium foil and cook in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
