500 g. Sago
4 Ripe Bananas, Peeled and Sliced
500 ml. Water

Soak the sago in water for 2 hours, then drain.

In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the soaked sago and cook, stirring constantly, until the sago becomes translucent.

Add the sliced bananas to the pot and continue to cook, stirring, until the bananas are soft and the mixture has thickened.

Serve the dia warm or let it cool and cut into slices.
