Taro Leaf Stew (Papua New Guinea)

500 g. Taro Leaves, Washed and Chopped
1 l. Water
200 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Onion, Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Chili Pepper, Chopped
Salt to Taste

Place the taro leaves in a large pot and cover with the water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender.

Add the coconut milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped chili pepper to the pot. Season with salt.

Simmer the stew for another 15-20 minutes, or until the flavors are well combined. Serve hot.
