Marita (Papua New Guinea)

Method

4 Ripe Bananas
200 ml. Coconut Cream
Sugar to Taste

Peel and slice the bananas.

Place the bananas in a pot and add the coconut cream.

Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until the bananas are soft.

Sweeten the marita with sugar, if desired, and serve hot.
