Poke Bowl (Hawaii)

300 g. Fresh Ahi Tuna, Cut into Cubes
30 ml. Soy Sauce
15 ml. Sesame Oil
1 Spring Onion, Chopped
1 Small Cucumber, Sliced
1 Ripe Avocado, Sliced
200 g. Cooked Sushi Rice
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
Nori and Pickled Ginger, for Garnish
Mix the ahi tuna cubes with the soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped spring onion. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Divide the cooked sushi rice between two bowls. Top with the marinated ahi tuna, cucumber slices, and avocado slices.
Garnish the poke bowls with sesame seeds, nori, and pickled ginger. Serve immediately.
