200 g. Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper to Taste
200 g. Cooked White Rice
2 Eggs
30 ml. Oil for Frying
30 g. Butter
30 g. Flour
500 ml. Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into two patties.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the burger patties until done to your liking, then set aside.
In the same pan, fry the eggs.
For the gravy, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and stir until well combined. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy is thick and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve, divide the cooked rice between two plates. Top each with a burger patty, a fried egg, and a generous pour of gravy.
