1 kg. Pork Shoulder, Cut into Chunks
16 Taro Leaves, Washed and Stems Removed
2 Bananas, Peeled
Salt to Taste
Banana Leaves, for Wrapping

Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Season the pork chunks with salt. Wrap each chunk with two taro leaves and half a banana.

Wrap each bundle in a banana leaf and secure with kitchen string.

Arrange the bundles in a roasting tray and cover tightly with aluminium foil.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 4 hours, or until the pork is tender.
