Spam Musubi (Hawaii)

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

1  Can Spam, Sliced
200 g Cooked Sushi Rice
4  Sheets Nori
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar

In a small saucepan, mix the soy sauce and sugar. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Fry the Spam slices until golden, then dip each slice in the soy sauce mixture.

Place a slice of Spam on top of a block of rice, then wrap with a strip of nori. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve the Spam musubi at room temperature.
