12 Taro Leaves, Washed and Stems Removed
200 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
Salt to Taste
1 Can Of Corned Beef (Optional)
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, chopped onion, and corned beef if using. Season with salt.
Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of a taro leaf. Fold the leaf around the mixture and secure with kitchen string.
Arrange the bundles in a baking dish and cover with aluminium foil. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the taro leaves are tender.
