Rourou (Fiji)

500 g. Taro Leaves, Washed and Chopped
200 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Onion, Chopped
Salt to Taste
Place the chopped taro leaves in a pot and add a little water. Simmer until the leaves are tender.
Add the coconut milk and chopped onion to the pot. Season with salt.
Simmer the rourou for another 15-20 minutes, or until the flavors are well combined. Serve hot.
