200 g. Vermicelli Noodles
500 g. Beef (Sirloin Or Flank Steak) Or Chicken, Thinly Sliced
1 Onion, Sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
100 ml. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water until soft. Drain.

In a large pan or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the thinly sliced beef or chicken to the pan, and cook until browned.

Add the soy sauce and drained vermicelli noodles to the pan. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper.

Cook for another 5-10 minutes, until the noodles are well coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
