Ingredients

Method

500 g. Bread Flour
10 g. Active Dry Yeast
50 g. Sugar
5 g. Salt
250 ml. Warm Water
30 g. Butter, Softened
400 ml. Coconut Cream
100 g. Sugar

In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the warm water and softened butter.

Mix everything together to form a dough. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, or until it's smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 8 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them in a baking dish.

To make the coconut sauce, mix the coconut cream and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the sauce over the rolls.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the coconut sauce is bubbling.

Let the rolls cool slightly before serving. They are best enjoyed warm, with the coconut sauce spooned over the top.
