1 kg. Taro Leaves, Washed and Stems Removed
500 g. Canned Corned Beef
400 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, mix the corned beef, onion, salt, and pepper.
Lay a taro leaf flat, add a spoonful of the corned beef mixture, and pour a little coconut milk over it.
Fold the leaf to form a bundle, and secure with kitchen string. Repeat with the remaining leaves.
Place the bundles in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for about 1 hour, or until the leaves are tender.
