500 g. Octopus Or Squid, Cleaned and Cut into Pieces
400 ml. Coconut Milk
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the octopus or squid to the pan, and cook until it turns opaque.

Pour in the coconut milk, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the octopus or squid is tender and the coconut milk has thickened slightly.
