1 kg. Cassava Root
Salt to Taste
Peel the cassava root and cut it into pieces.
Boil the cassava in a large pot of salted water for about 30 minutes, or until it is tender.
Drain and serve as a side dish. Alternatively, you can also bake or fry the cassava.
