Chicken in Lager

Method
1 Whole Chicken
3 Onions
33 cl. Can of Lager
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
Cut your whole chicken into portions and season.
Heat oil in a large frying pan with a lid, add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown all over.
Remove the chicken pieces from the pan and add the thinly chopped onion to the pan and fry until they begin to soften.
Return the chicken to the pan and pore the beer over it, season to taste and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for one hour.
For a smoother sauce use a blender.
