10 Cardamom Pods (Whole Black)
10 Cardamom Pods (Green)
10 Cloves (Whole)
10 Cinnamon Bark
10 Black Peppercorns whole

Remove the husks from the Cardomom pods.

Take equal quantities of the spices below and roast them in a dry pan until you smell the aroma of the spices. Do not allow them to burn. Remove from the heat and place in a (clean) coffee grinder. Grind to a powder. Store in an airtight glass jar, out of the light.
