Fresh Green Chutney (Dhania Ki Chutney)

Method
1 Coriander (Fresh Bunch)
1 Mint (Fresh Bunch)
½ in. Ginger (Fresh)
2 Garlic Cloves
60 ml. Lemon Juice
3 Chilli (Green)
Simply place everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.
This is also good with Pakoras and Kebabs, even with Daal and lots of other Indian Meals.
